Sales and Leasing

There is a Sales and Leasing application for Applewood Village I COA, Inc.

The application is completed online through Tenant Evaluation. Follow the instructions on the Sales and Leasing application below to start the application. 

Please keep the following in mind:

Renting is permitted AFTER one (1) year of purchase

NO pets permitted

NO trucks permitted

Buyers are required to pay an additional one quarter maintenance fee to be collected at closing.  This fee is to be refunded to buyer upon sale of unit.  Funds are deposited into a separate escrow account
